Experience taught me that in the teaching domain two aspects have to be given equal importance. The collective, objective aspect has to be addressed by giving to every student the same information to some extent. Then the second aspect, often undermined, is the subjective more personal aspect where you address the student as an individuality and work your way through his characteristics to transmit the information.
