I am a 51 year old French-American living in London. As I am considering possibly taking up teaching as a new career in the near future, I would love to start here by building a community of students to guide me in this new venture

I am French and American (fluent in both languages) and live in East London. In French you’ll describe a foreign language in an educational context as a “langue vivante,” a living language. What a better way to approach a foreign language than to take a deep dive and speak it! Before you know it, your grammar mistakes will be a thing of the past and your vocabulary will increase daily. Just have fun with it, live it. I am a mum of 2 and having taught them, have a good handle on how to approach teaching and avoid translating from your native language to French, but rather start feeling the language.
I have tutored in the past and also ran workshops in primary school.
