For french class, I always prepare a text to read, and then ask question on the understanding of the text, then help the learner to get it properly and write it properly, and in the same time get new vocabulary. And I possibly, create situation dialogue with the learner to help the oral practice. To finish, we can watsh a video in frenchwhich match the personal interest of the learner to keep the attention, and comment on the understanding and then traning the oral understanding. I always ask the way the person prefer to learn.
For the social psychology part, we can just take curses, and then try to make the link with the reality of social and organizational (occupational) psychologist, and then help and prepare the student for there exams or practice in social psychologist.
