Willard is a very patient, approachable and personable teacher. He is great at engaging and relating with students. I really enjoyed his stories of when he was in Africa and talking about how knowing French helped him when he was there. He taught me French for 4 years and was very patient when I had trouble learning it. In those 4 years he gave me a better understanding and ability to speak French.
