About Riodhna
I am a native English speaker, living in Switzerland from the age of eight, speaking French since the age of two. I have not been teaching for very long, but have tutored several Junior and Leaving Certificate Students in Ireland

My Teaching method is focused on learning the language through immersion. As soon as the level of the student is high enough, the entire lesson is to be entirely through French. I believe that the only way to learn a language is through speaking it often. For improving written work, I like to give students work which will improve their understanding of the culture as well as the language, only giving them books which are written by native French speakers, rather than translated works. This makes the level of written expression much higher, and more comprehensible when conversing with native French speakers
