About Frantz
As I said in my previous statement, I've always tried to put myself in my student's shoes. I've tried my best to design lessons that meet their needs. Depending upon their levels, I plan lessons that help my students see their growth and areas of improvement. Comprehensible input and scaffolding are some approaches I use in my teaching.
I always do my best to help my students' growth through differentiated instructions because, as human beings, we learn according to our mental, intellectual, social, and emotional dispositions. The teacher should always consider that. Understanding your learner is one of the critical components to their success. Motivating your students and letting them know that you see and believe in them should also be incorporated into our teaching.

Being a native speaker and a language learner myself, I've always tried to put myself in my student's shoes. I've tried my best to design lessons that meet their needs. Depending upon their levels, I plan lessons that help my students see their growth and areas of improvement. Comprehensible input and scaffolding are some approaches I use while teaching. Those approaches are like the grain you put in the earth and water it according to the need. Too much or too little water could fail the gardener. The amount of water must be appropriate; that is how I see the teaching/learning relationship.
