I strive to make lessons enjoyable for each individual! My lesson plans and techniques will consist of a menagerie of games, activities, and history to reinforce information without force-feeding it and help you connect with and understand French culture. The focus will be on vocabulary, sentence structure, etymology, and French customs, with an individualistic and fun approach! What I believe sets me apart from other tutors is my experience as a student. Although it is not within this field, I’ve played tennis for 13 years and taught tennis to people of all ages for 6 years, which has helped me understand the value of patience, effort, and fun! I’ve learned that, as a student, one's uphill battles while learning stem largely from a disengaged or uninterested coach/tutor; thus, as a teacher, it is imperative to do more than "show up" to foster engagement. My proficiency is at the early C1 level, meaning I can confidently instruct learners from beginner (A1) to intermediate (B1), and I am open to teaching anyone and everyone!
