About Sarah
Hi there! I am from Plymouth in England and I have been in Australia for a few months now. I am passionate about teaching, and strive to get the best out of each and every one of my students, by making my lessons engaging, relevant and useful. I use appropriate strategies and carefully-selected resources to suit the needs of each of my students. I like to get to know my student to make lessons as engaging and relevant as possible and I also encourage my students to use the target language wherever possible to increase their confidence. I have been teaching French, Spanish, Japanese and ESL for 16 years and have been a qualified teacher for the last 13 years. I have taught in state schools in my home country, the UK, as well as international schools in Japan, Canada, India, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. During this time, I have been a tutor for several students, both online and in person. I am available to teach all ages, both children and adults, whether for fun or in preparation for a particular exam. I have experience teaching and assessing the British GCSE, the International Baccalaureate and the DELF examinations.

Just a shout out for Sarah a lovely friendly person who taught my daughter FRENCH. She helped my daughter prepare for DELF A1 exam and she took the top position in the country.
