About Sonia
I hold two Master’s degrees from France, one in Architecture and one in Cinema, and I offer French lessons and academic support for students of all ages, following the French curriculum up to Grade 9 (3ème).
Trilingual in French, English, and Brazilian Portuguese, I am comfortable working with bilingual and international students.
Patient, organized, and supportive, I create a positive and motivating learning environment where students can progress at their own pace while developing confidence and curiosity.

I have experience providing tutoring and homework support to children aged 6–11 (reading, writing, grammar, organization, and study methods). I also designed and led an architecture workshop at the French International School of Taipei for students aged 9–11, teaching in both French and English. This experience strengthened my ability to adapt my teaching to different learning styles while keeping lessons engaging and structured.
My goal is to build confidence, strengthen foundations, and help students become independent learners. I place strong emphasis on methodology, deep understanding, and both written and oral expression.
