About Kelly
I am passionate about teaching French because it’s my first language, and because I love helping others discover the beauty of the language and culture. As someone who has studied journalism, law, events, advertising, and social media, I bring a diverse set of skills to my teaching! I also used to have a business in community management, and was a manager for the communications department of a jewelry shop in France, in which I trained 3 students when I was a student myself. Currently I work as a barista, because I also love making coffees in the morning to help people start their day the best way possible! Coffee makes us all happy, right? Hot chocolates too… Anyways! I will create personalized and engaging lessons to match your goals and learning style. Let’s achieve your language goal together!

I can tailor French lessons to all ages, using games, songs, and visuals to build basic vocabulary and confidence in a playful environment, making learning French fun and engaging. I structure my approach (for younger kids I’d start with interactive games followed by simple conversation practice, for older students, I balance grammar exercises with speaking and listening practice, always focusing on their goals, but still make the lessons interactive, dynamic and fun). I listen to each person’s goals and adapt my teaching style to suit everyone’s needs, whether it's improving conversation skills, mastering grammar, or preparing for exams, I adapt my approach accordingly to suit your pace and interests. I’m flexible and I always listen to the people I’m mentoring to achieve any language goal, creating an environment that fosters growth and a love for learning French.
