I couldn't agree more with this quotation. Learning a new language can be tough, especially if you're not confident.
When I taught English in France, most of my pupils (from age 11 to 20) were reluctant to speak in front of the whole class, or even in front of me because they feared judgement and mocking. But I didn't let it happen for confidence is the key to success in learning a new language.
During the first lesson, we'll discuss what kind of help you need and want. Do you want to improve your accent ? Your vocabulary ? Your grammar ? Your conversation skills ? What are the things you're good at, less good at and so on.
I want YOU to feel good in my lessons, this is the most important thing to me, having a student who is happy and ready to learn "la langue de Molière" !
Learning a language is much easier when you like the topic. Wether you're a fan of french football players or Les Misérables, we'll always find a way to link what you like to the lesson so you can have more fun learning !
