About Wilson

Hi! I’m a coding tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching and working with programming languages like Python, HTML, Java, C++, and CSS. I’ve helped beginners, students, and self-learners understand how code works and how to use it in real-life situations.

My approach is simple and practical. I break down coding concepts in a way that’s easy to follow, even if you’ve never written a line of code before. I believe anyone can learn to code with the right explanation, support, and a bit of practice. That’s exactly what I provide.

  • 1) Can you tell us about your first experience using a computer?

It was a bit of a mystery at first. I remember clicking around randomly, just trying to understand what each thing did. I started with Paint and Notepad, and from there I got more curious about how everything worked behind the scenes. That curiosity pulled me into tech and design, and I’ve been learning and exploring ever since.
  • 2) What technological evolution has marked you the most, and what do you think will be a major turning point in the future?

The shift to mobile apps really stood out to me. Seeing how everything moved from computers to phones changed the way people live and work. In the future, I think artificial intelligence will be the biggest shift. It’s already part of our lives in small ways, but I believe it will keep growing and play a much bigger role in how we learn, create, and communicate.
  • 3) Can you explain your expertise, your interest in it, and its importance in the computer world?

I teach a mix of subjects including coding, graphic design, and maths. That covers things like Python, C++, Java, HTML, CSS, as well as tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Over time, I’ve come to really enjoy how these areas connect. Coding helps you think in steps and solve problems. Design helps you bring ideas to life visually. And maths builds the foundation for both. What makes these subjects important is that they’re everywhere now, in business, tech, school, and even content creation. I enjoy teaching them because they give people the confidence to create and understand the world around them in a new way.
  • 4) Do so-called ‘visionaries’, such as Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Mark Zuckerberg inspire you or do you have other role models?

Yes, they definitely inspire me, especially Steve Jobs. I admire how he combined creativity and technology to create products that really changed how people interact with devices. Bill Gates also stands out for how he used technology to solve real-world problems through his foundation. But beyond the big names, I’m also inspired by everyday people in tech, developers, designers, and tutors who share their knowledge and build things that help others. Those are the people I learn from the most, and they remind me that you don’t have to be famous to make an impact.
  • 5) Provide a valuable anecdote related to your subject or your school days.

I remember staying up late trying to fix a broken web page I had built for a school project. Nothing seemed to work, but I refused to give up. After a few hours, I finally figured it out and that moment stuck with me. It taught me that success in tech doesn’t come from knowing everything right away. It comes from being willing to figure things out and keep going even when it gets frustrating.
  • 6) What would you say to someone who feels uncomfortable and says IT is too complicated?

I’d say they’re not alone. A lot of people feel that way at first. But once you take it slow and learn one piece at a time, it starts to feel more natural. The problem is most people try to learn everything at once and get overwhelmed. I always tell my students that it’s okay to take it step by step, and that no question is ever too small.
  • 7) What are your other passions, related or unrelated to computers?

I enjoy creative things like music, drawing, and anything visual. I also love football and sometimes just watching videos of people building stuff or learning new skills. I’m naturally curious, so I find myself always exploring something new, whether it’s a design trick, a code solution, or even how someone edits their content online. I like being around people who create.
  • 8) What makes you a Superprof in IT?

I focus on making things simple and easy to understand, no matter your level. Whether you’re just starting or trying to improve, I break things down in a way that makes sense and doesn’t feel stressful. I’ve taught students who were completely new to coding or design, and by the end, they were building things on their own. I’m patient, flexible, and I always adjust the way I teach depending on who I’m working with. That’s what makes the difference. I don’t just teach the subject, I help people believe they can do it.
