About Daevin
I graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing, and since then I’ve built my career in sales, working with industry leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Salesforce, and CoStar Group. Today, I work in commercial real estate underwriting, where I analyze deals, crunch numbers, and rely on strong quantitative skills every single day.
That real-world math experience is exactly what I bring to tutoring. I know firsthand how math isn’t just theory, it’s a tool you’ll actually use, whether you’re closing a deal, building a budget, or just trying to pass your next exam with confidence. My background in sales also means I know how to communicate clearly, listen closely to what you actually need, and explain things in a way that clicks!
