About Imaan
Hi! I'm Imaan, a 19-year-old matric graduate from Johannesburg.
I'm taking a gap year before I au pair in the Netherlands in December, and tutoring is how I want to spend it.
I'm not a strict teacher-type - I'm the big sister who actually explains things until it clicks. I remember how stressful English felt in school, especially essays and comprehension, and I want to make it easier for you.
I decided to become a tutor because I love working with kids and I love English. There's no better feeling than seeing a learner go from "I can't do this" to "Oh, I get it now!"
I'm patient, fun, and I really listen. Your confidence matters as much as your marks to me.
