About Randel
Please rest assure as I am good at my designated role as an educator. I won't scold the learners with anger and harsh words as it is against my nature, but I will make the learner feel calm and make them feel the safe environment that I can give them. Even if the learner is not paying attention to the lesson we must not make them feel threatened or hurt, but if permission is granted or requested by the parents then I will just give a little reprimand and warnings that is all.

My method is a student-centered approach, I only facilitate the learners which are pre-school to grade 3 level as I am a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education graduate, I taught grade 1 and grade 3 learners and participated in a national program of Tara Basa Tutoring Program for a month.
