About Carlinhos
I have a vast experience as football player (over 25 years) and as coach/physical trainer as well (10 years). I have coached several youth football clubs in Rio de Janeiro and about over 25 individuals in order to make trials in football clubs in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
My achievements are to have discovered and coached several talented players as Roberto de Souza, who played in Celta of Vigo (Spain) and Diego de Assis, who played in Deportivo a Coruña B (Spain) and Vitesse (Netherland).

I am a Brazilian former football player now living in Glasgow. Most of my life I played as professional in several clubes around the world, especially in my beloved Flamengo of Rio de Janeiro.
I can be your unique PT in all the levels you need: I can physical train athlets who want to make trials in clubs, perform technical coaching in football, athletics, handball, etc. If you just want to be fit, loose weight and improve your body and your mind, I am the instructor you need, as I work with Brazilian methods commonly used in the beaches in my country. No matter how old you are, I am flexible and can train people from 8 to 99 years, I adapt easily!
I have experience training disability persons, as I have been working as volunteer in a prestigious Spanish charity to support Down Syndrome persons. I really enjoy training them and helping them to improve their physical skills.
