About Thandeka
Well as it says ,I'm Miss Thandeka Pearl Gwala.I'm a young girl who's always been focused on the greener side of life. I love love to engage to things that involves the Mind , Body and Soul. Miss Pearl is more of a artistic type of person and it's one of the main reasons why I'm very interested in teaching this is to enlarge the world of art. Fitness requires full focus on the body and mind , keeps the soul wanting for more . With that , great results are achieved with a happy heart.

We focus on the body energies and how it can influence the entire body . We'll also study the philosophy of body massage . Healthlier meals to have at home , we may add a little of agriculture skills to cut down the costs of buying these meals. Fitness keeps you active mentally and physically too while stimulating blood circulation and muscle strength ️.
