I have taught Pilates for many years setting up my own classes and working for numerous Pilates companies and studios all over the UK. I have recently embarked on a studio equipment course with Pilates Training Solutions as keen to continually update my professional development.

I was first introduced to Pilates as a student when studying a BA Honours in Dance. I learned firsthand its effectiveness to relieve pain, correct muscle imbalances and help you feel mentally and physically fantastic! Combining my life long passion for movement and education, I practice teaching mat- based Pilates on a one to one basis, looking closely at the care and attention of clients individual needs.
