About Jerry
I am a qualified physiotherapist and certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience in strength training, conditioning and body recomposition. I also hold a Master's in Physiotherapy and a Bachelor's in Sport and Exercise Sciences. I want to teach because I understand how overwhelming and inconsistent training can feel without structure. I've spent years refining what works- not just for myself, but for others- and I'm passionate about helping people build long-term habits that actually deliver results. My goal is to simplify the process, support your progress, and help you achieve your goals whatever that might be. And Anchored to that through evidence-based practices.

I specialise in strength training, fat loss, hybrid endurance conditioning. I have extensive knowledge in exercise physiology and believe in a holistic approach to fitness. My approach is practical, personalised and evidence-based. I assess your current level, goals, and training history to create a realistic plan that builds consistency and results. I focus on correct form, progressive overload, and volume modification (dependent on fitness level, injuries etc.) and clear structure– so you're never guessing what to do next. I also integrate injury prevention strategies and movement quality, based on my academic knowledge and physiotherapy background. Sessions typically run: - 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your goals and available time.
