About Sophie
I’m a NYC-based dance educator and performer with several years of teaching experience in both studio and private lesson settings. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Dance Studies with minors in Child Development and Psychology. I have trained extensively in tap, jazz, ballet, and musical theater, including through Broadway Dance Center’s Independent Training and Professional Semester programs. I love helping students build confidence, develop their technique, and discover the joy of dance!

I offer personalized tap dance, jazz, and ballet lessons for children. I tailor lessons to each student’s age, experience, and individual goals. I am committed to building strong technical foundations through developmentally appropriate instruction while emphasizing musicality and confidence. I strive to create a fun, supportive environment where the student feels comfortable making mistakes and growing as a dancer.
