I am a Geography and Environmental management graduate who has recently completed her masters degree. I have vast experience in tutoring Social Sciences/ humanities subjects more especially Geography, Envs modules, anthropology and sociology.

My teaching approach is more relaxed, I tend to use academic materials such as readings, summaries and think pieces which I find to be quite effective. I also believe in working with the student to try and understand where they seem to think they need help and take it from there. I also encourage my students to make use of the internet and YouTube to try and understand various topics as YouTube tends to have almost everything. I belief for effective tutoring you need atleast an hour where in that hour we will sit and breakdown the topic, relate it to relevant context, and try and find practical examples.
