About Laura
I'm a music teacher with experience teaching children, teens, and adults. I specialize in beginner classes, and one of my favorite instruments for getting started in music is the ukulele: easy, fun, and perfect for singing along.
I've been playing for six years and have helped many students take their first steps in music, always seeking to help them enjoy the process, gain confidence, and express themselves through music.

My classes are designed for people of all ages who want to get started with the ukulele in a practical, enjoyable way from scratch. You don't need any prior musical knowledge: we'll work step by step so you can play your first songs in no time.
In each class you will learn:
Basic chords and how to change them fluently
Varied rhythms and strums
Simple songs from the first week
Techniques to accompany your voice if you want to sing
I adapt to your musical tastes and learning pace. Classes can be online or in person.
My goal is for you to enjoy making music with the ukulele, without pressure and with plenty of motivation. Learning to play an instrument has never been so accessible and fun!
