I'm an advanced guitarist and give lessons to beginners and intermediate players. My method is quite chilled and relaxed, perfect for those who don't wanna bother with music reading and theory and wanna play songs quickly. We'll focus on a song of your choice to learn the main chords at first and improve it step by step.
I believe that passion is the most important element in successful learning because when you have fun playing and practicing, you do it a lot, and practice makes perfect.
I am a creative teacher with a comprehensive and flexible curriculum. I have a good sense of humour too. I teach many styles to all ages and levels. I teach sight-reading, playing by ear (figuring out tunes, improvisation), composing, theory, music history, and prepare students for exams (if appropriate). My students smile a lot.
I am not gonna teach you how to read music, I am not gonna teach you how to be unmistaken and play preludes but what I would love to teach you on the other hand is how to fell in love with music. How to define yourself with it. How to find your passion and your inner self in the beautiful world of guitar.
Fun, passion and enthusiasm! A half hour or hour lesson of carefully worked material to accommodate the students needs. I believe in sound before symbol. The main attribute that I am inspired by in people is their experience; I want to teach because I want to impart skills, knowledge, and understanding to others in the hope that I will inspire them, as I have been.
My teacher method usually follows one lesson a week per client consisting of an hour, the hour is split half theory/technique and half playing. Very flexible of what genre of songs, will let clients pick at the end of each lesson next weeks song or can use my own selection.
There's nothing quite like sharing your musical passion and seeing your pupil learn and develop as a musician. I believe it's important to be creatively involved as a student of music so I like to choose songs/ repertoire that my pupils are directly interested. Tell me your level or your area of special musical interest and I will tailor the lessons around that.
My method is very much based on demonstrating first, and giving opportunity for the student to copy, phrase by phrase if and when appropriate. I have plentiful resources at my disposal, and cover a wide range of styles, including Rock, blues, jazz, country, metal, funk, soul, and classical.
I approach each lesson as a time to be creative and to have fun! Each student should walk away feeling confident, at ease and inspired! There are no wrong answers when it comes to singing with passion and writing with feeling, and I always plan to make each student feel comfortable and to go at their own pace.

My lessons are tailored to suit the individual needs of the student. I can help students through their school music exams or graded exams and have a 100% pass record to date.
My methodology always depends on each particular student. The learning process of a child is quite different from an adult's one. However, I consider essential the idea of enjoying while learning which is something applicable to all ages. I start lessons by teaching basic chords that feature in most songs and teach well known songs to practice chord progressions and strumming. I am very patient and work at my student's speed. I am very friendly and attentive and can tailor lessons as needed.
