Methodology
I plan my lessons according to the child's need. for example if i'm in a one to one lesson i would speak to the child as well as the parents and work out what topic they need more support in. i have my own lesson plans, books etc.
I will work together with the child to come up with a plan. i use range of techniques such as the internet, activities on paper, books, related games etc
Experience
i am a qualified TA, with both classroom and one to one experience. Currently working as a supply TA, as well as studying in Uni. i have been giving one to on and small groups lesson for over 3 years now. i have experience with children age from 3-18 as i also use to work as a youth worker.
