Often the reason for someone falling behind in fields such as mathematics is due to lack of engagement from both the perspective of the student and the tutor. Therefore I aspire to have an exciting and impassioned teaching style. Also, I believe my young age may be beneficial as to help with a productive tutor-student partnership as young people tend to listen closest to people of a similar age.
Heading off to university in late September and am looking to earn some money and was only interested in finding work in an academic field, hence I am offering tuition in maths and physics which I excelled in at A-level. Other accomplishments include self-teaching AS-level maths and still achieving consistent A*'s in C1 and C2 modules in mock exams, also achieving a gold award after participating in the senior UK maths challenge scoring in the top 10% of participants.
-Still yet to receive my A-level grades, however, am fairly confident and was predicted A grades in all of my subjects with glowing reviews from each teacher
-Have prior experience in working with young students (ages 4-11) after working in a primary school for work experience, also have a small amount of experience in working as a tutor in maths at GCSE level.
