Hi there! My name is Kyle De Silva and I work as a freelance concept artist for the game industry. I graduated with my Bachelor in Game Design in 2015 and have been working in games in some capacity since then. My teaching methodology is structured around a needs-based approach for students. In my sessions you can expect individualised learning that identifies and caters to the weaknesses that each student exhibits in their artwork and what habits and skills they need to learn in order to level up their art.
I offer lessons on art fundamentals, digital art techniques including matte painting, and Photoshop functionality, tips, shortcuts and ways to streamline your workflow, understand where you fit in as a concept artist and what is expected of you in the game production pipeline. Blender lessons will be available soon!
