About Ramsundar
Hello! I am Ramsundar Athi, and I am a first year medical student at UCL. I really enjoyed learning Biology throughout my school education, and I achieved an A* in my Biology A Level, demonstrating my proficiency in this subject. I have a passion and drive for teaching; for this reason, I would like to tutor students for GCSE and A Level Biology, to help them achieve success in their future exams!

I really enjoyed learning Biology at GCSE and A Level. Studying Biology can be daunting; not only is there a large amount of content to learn, but the mark schemes are also notoriously specific. By achieving a Grade 9 at GCSE and an A* at A Level, I have demonstrated my proficiency in this difficult subject. In my 1 hour sessions, I will build students' knowledge, understanding and confidence through explaining topics that they find particularly difficult. I will also go through past papers with the student, sharing my tips about exam technique to ensure students can maximise their grades. Through working as a tutor with Medic Mentor to help students with their medical school interviews, I have shown my ability to give clear and constructive feedback to students. This ensures that I have the communication skills required to explain difficult topics in Biology in a simpler way to students, which will further build their understanding of the topic.
