About Annie
Hi, my name is Annie, I am currently in my final year at University studying for a Business Management BSc undergraduate degree.
So, a little bit about me, I have always really enjoyed the subject of Business since I started studying it at GCSE and achieved an A* in my GCSE's and A-Level's. I have been able to further my knowledge at University and studied a breadth of subjects including, Organisational Behaviour, Finance for Business and International Business Strategy.
I also have professional workplace experience, from doing a placement for the 3rd year of my degree where I worked in industry for the year to put my knowledge into practice. I undertook this year at IBM, a leading Business and Technology Consultancy company, and my role was as a Business Consultant working with brands to look at product development, marketing and strategy formation.
I really enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge with others to help them work towards their goals! I believe that with my qualifications and hands on experience, I can work with you to achieve the grades you are aiming for as well as bring the subject to life a little and help you enjoy studying!

We primarily look at where the gaps in your knowledge are, to help prioritise what we need to work on first. We can then address this topic by topic, looking at the main components, key models and theorists to develop a clear understanding of the topic.
Once we have achieved this we will focus on exam questions and how to tackle a paper as well as how to go about answering questions in time pressured circumstances. It is easy to just learn the content but exams are about applying your knowledge to achieve those higher marks.
In terms of lesson length and frequency this is something we can be flexible on dependant on your needs, but I recommend at least a 1 hour lesson per week, to ensure that we are continuously progressing and developing your knowledge.

Details
Your first lesson will be free, and will be an opportunity for us to discuss where you are at, what you are working towards and want to achieve, and how much support you think you will need. From there I will put together a sample plan for you, showing how I would go about helping you achieve your goals, and once you are completely happy we can get started!
