About Nicole
I graduated in 2017 studying hot yoga. I went on to get more certifications, Yin being my favorite and what I love to teach and practice. Students that I've worked with in the past suffered from PTSD, Fibromyalgia, Crohn's, and other health conditions.

Let's just start where you are in your practice. First 30 minutes is free. This is great for beginners those that have health conditions or those that are looking to de-stress. I offer a gentle and meditative style of yoga.
