About Lorna
On a personal level, I am caring, kind and understanding.
I pride myself on being a role model for young people by treating everyone fairly and equally - aiming to foster relationships based on trust and respect.
I want you to love learning about geography! It's my job as your tutor to use a variety of teaching methods that will motivate and enthuse you.
Most importantly I want you to be confident; especially in regards to exam style questions. Practice makes perfect! I have a sound knowledge of previous Geography National 5 and Higher Assessment so that you will be as prepared as possible for your exam.

I aim to make you to feel comfortable, open and honest about your learning so that you have no anxiety prior to sitting assessments and exams.
I have a excellent understanding of National and Higher SQA Assessment; with my knowledge you will be confident in knowing the questions that will be posed to you and how to gain full marks!
My lessons can range from 30-90 minutes.
My qualifications are:
BSc in Geography with Honors (graduated 2015)
Post Graduate Diploma in Education with Distiction (Graduated 2019)
MSc Inclusive Education (Ongoing)
