About Nico
Hi! My name is Nico and I'm from the North of Germany, where I lived for over 25 years and studied Media Management and Journalism.
I moved to the UK (North Yorkshire) in 2019 and am currently working in digital marketing. I am not a teacher by trade, but have a lot of experience in journalistic and creative writing in both English and German.
I love sharing my passion about my country, culture and of course language with others and I'm confident that I can help you - Whether you're just picking up the basics or you're in need of some A level/GCSE material, or even if you just want to improve your spoken German to work on that accent; We will figure out what you need!

I offer lessons to students and professionals of all levels. We will come up with an individual course plan for your personal needs together.
To this end, lessons will always begin with a "Session 0", where we evaluate exactly what you already know and where you may need some improvement. The vocabulary will also be tailored to what you're interested in.
Other than this, the lessons are meant to be as free form as possible to allow for plenty of exercise in written and spoken language. Whether we focus on a script or not will depend entirely on your needs.
