About Carlos
I have dedicated my whole life to sports. I have been an athlete since I was a child, and I have practiced different modalities over the last few years. In these moments I interact with the world of soccer. Because exercising gave me great satisfaction, I decided to train in this area. I have obtained the Higher Technical Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Animation and the University Degree of Degree in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sports, and now I am studying a Master in Sports Performance and Health. I have also been fortunate to be able to apply in a practical way everything learned, both training family and friends, as well as working in sports centers of great prestige in the city of Alicante (Stadio, Montemar, Artrosport).

Movement will be used as the main instrument to provide health to our body. Movement is life, but our daily habits tend to make us sedentary. One of my goals will be to strengthen your motivation to become athletes for life.
