If you want to learn boxing from a pro, Gaurav is your man. He will adjust the workout based on your learning goals (technique, cardio etc) and will keep you nicely on your toes for the duration of the workout. My usual training sessions average 450 calories per hour, with Gaurav it was around 600. Great sessions, thank you Gaurav!
