About GODFREY
Before I became a project manager, I was a full-stack developer. My background allowed me to guide technical teams through complex projects further complicated by team members spanning multiple global locations. I have been a part of technical teams from the Financial Industry, the Digital Education industry and the Non-Profit sector.
When I became a coach, my clients came from the same industry I did, plus a few more (e.g. Retail, Health, Government sector) and I specialized in working with new project managers and leaders who want to develop their skill outside tools; skills that they need to lead teams.
My certifications include the PMI-PMP and ICF-PCC.

I am a PMP-certified project manager AND an ICF-PPC trained coach. My style is a combination of coaching and mentorship.
Project management is a set of skills. Every skill can be learned and mastered through practice and every individual will have a different starting point.
Each lesson starts with understanding where you are, what situation you're in and what talents you have and then building up from there.
A session starts with us talking about a specific skill you want to develop. We discuss how you as an individual can wrap your head around it and then come up with a plan on how to practice it in real life.
