My name is philomina I have been dancing for over 10yrs and I believe that Dance teaches the importance of movement and fitness in a variety of ways through a variety of disciplines... Most people are aware of dance as a performing art on stage, screen and media, but dancing can also be a social activity, a form of physical fitness, or a prime means of expressing cultural heritage and identity.
