About Courtney

I have given a few lessons, as i have only just started, but i am getting good results. I have taught students my age as well as older and younger. Many have used the techniques i have given to benefit themselves in their own work and they have spoken to me and have given positive feedback.

About the lesson

I am a Student aged 16 who has won a few awards from my art skills, and absolutely love developing my skills as well as helping others develop theirs. I have achieved many awards such as having my art work put up in well-known shops for example Barrett's. I achieved A+ for my Art and have tutored art before to younger school children so i am experienced in that section. I give lessons to children (10-16) who want to further their education within Art.
My techniques and methods of instruction are:
>Direct Instruction: I will explain or demonstrate techniques.
>Drill and Practice: Repetition to hone a skill or memorise information.
>Lecture: I will provide information to students in a one-way verbal presentation.
My characteristics as a tutor would be easy- going and fun as lessons shouldn't be dull, but I can be serious in situations. I believe that Art should be calming and should therefore have a placid environment.

I give Tutoring to Beginner, Intermediate and Kids who want to develop their skills (Mostly interested in Fine Art)
