About Pete

I have been practising and training Qi Gong for over 10 years. I was trained in the Dahn Hak Qi Gong method by Dahn Masters in London and New Zealand. I have delivered lessons continuously within my centre for 6 years and workshops.

I am a Dahn Master practising Dahn Mu Do from Korea. Lessons are available for everyone: special lessons for beginners through to advanced practitioners, in groups or as an individual. Each lessons is delivered as part of a series designed to bring natural vitality, health and balance to body, mind and spirit.
