About Dhriti
I am a triple major graduate in Communication and Media, English Literature and Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. I am currently working as a Senior Account Executive at 404DM - an advertising and marketing firm.
I have been certified as a "Peer Educator" in the fields of anger management, stress management, peer counselling and public speaking from Christ University.
I have immense love for learning new forms of art. Dance is one of them. I am currently in the process of becoming a kathak dancer.

I like to keep my content relevant and relatable. I believe that it is best to draw examples from the students life as well as throw in lots of examples from my life for better understanding.
I like to divide my stress management class into two parts, one will be a theory oriented segment and the second will be an activity based segment.
However, it depends on the students. Therefore, I always ensure to keep in some room for flexibility.
