About Renata
I am a music guy in every part of my soul. I've been learning theory since I was six years old and singing since I was 14. I tutored my classmates in music theory all through high school and started tutoring in singing this past year.
I want to make learning fun. I'm a people person and love engaging people in what I'm passionate about. I volunteered as a camp counsellor and was offered a job as a one on one support counsellor for kids.
I've worked with kids with learning disabilities, anxiety and other mental health issues and have been able to connect with them every time.
My pronouns are he/him.

Hi! My name is Rio Bailey and I am a grade 12 student from Dr. J. M. Denison Secondary School. I have been learning music for 12 years and have taught for 4. I teach music theory and singing.
Music theory can be confusing and stressful. My goal is to make it as enjoyable as possible with everything clearly laid out for you to understand. My lessons are hands on and involve movement, I'm a kinaesthetic learner and found with music you learn easiest when you're moving!
I take the same approach with singing lessons. Confidence is what gets you to that next level of singing so not only would I teach you how to sing but I'd focus on boosting your confidence and have fun.
I gear my lessons towards your learning styles: lots of moving around, repetition, flash cards, games, going outside, you name it!
My lessons are for anyone with a music theory level under grade 12. Good with all ages
