About Shirley
I am a passionate person in teaching. I may not be a "teacher" by profession yet my expertise in the field of learning and development taught me various approaches in making sure of my learners' improvement in knowledge and behaviors. With my more than 20 years of experience in different industries as a training practitioner, I continuously upgrade my skills to be more fit to the requirements of my learners or students.

For adult learners, I go directly to the specific subjects and area to learn such as in business and professional writing, while for younger students, I use fun activities and games to establish engagement and connections.
