About Jennifer
I am currently enrolled at the University of St Andrews, Scotland as a Postgraduate Philosophy student.
Previously, I completed a BSc(Hons) Criminology with Psychology and an LLM in International Human Rights Law in London and at Columbia, New York.
I then worked for several years as an Advocate for Victims of Gender-based Violence before deciding to do a PhD in Philosophy.
I gained relevant teaching experience throughout my university journey, including teaching students with special needs.
I would be happy to discuss various topics in Criminology, International Human Rights Law and Philosophy, but my special interests lie in Practical Ethics and Political Philosophy.

I welcome students from all educational backgrounds. As everyone learns differently, my lessons are tailored to the individual and teaching approaches are discussed in the first lesson.
For those who would like support with content, I can provide a lecture-format where I present basic ideas within a specific area.
Alternatively, we can have a debate-style conversation where I challenge you to think more deeply about a specific topic in order to develop your critical thinking skills.
I can also help with essay writing skills or support you with university applications.
Lessons can be held in either English or German.
