About Zainab
Having an engineering background I’ve been doing maths for a number of years now and I believe it can be quite enjoyable as well as rewarding when you put in the effort to understand how things work. I believe the root of achieving this is having a good teacher. One who can understand what works for you and what doesn’t and I’m determined to be that for students. To be someone they can feel comfortable around, not embarrassed to ask questions and learn to the fullest. I’m kind, patient, empathetic and great at communication.

I believe teaching styles depend on what works for the student, having slides, walkthrough examples and exam-based questions is fundamental but then adapting to how best the student will intake this information and understand it best. Sessions can range from 30 mins-2 hour lessons depending on what the student wants to cover, overall able to be flexible.
