About Goldee
My name is Goldee Sharma and I am a passionate teacher of Sangeet Shastra, also known as Indian Music Theory. I have been studying and teaching classical music for the past three years and my goal is to help students understand the deep and rich traditions of Indian music in a simple and practical way. In my classes, I focus on the basics of music theory including Swaras (notes), Ragas, Talas (rhythms), and the science behind sound and melody. Whether you are a beginner or someone already learning vocal or instrumental music, understanding Sangeet Shastra will help you improve your performance, creativity, and confidence. I also make use of both traditional methods and modern techniques, including visual aids and audio examples, to make learning easier and more engaging. I look forward to guiding you on your musical journey and helping you connect deeply with the soul of Indian music. Thank you!
