I understand reaching fitness goals can seem like a daunting task, as work and life can get in the way. Having mainly worked with beginners I am confident in my ability to teach and motivate people in reaching their goals, and making it fun in the process.

After suffering a spine injury in rugby I studied NASM personal training in order to rebuild my body. With lessons I learned I want to teach proper technique, correcting muscle imbalances, and building a solid base. My goal is to give individuals the knowledge they need to reach their goals, not just a routine on a how to get there.
