I’m a determined Trainer looking for people who a determined to change there physical self. I’ve studied fitness, nutrition and dietetics to change myself with my own knowledge. Why me?
I will help you all the techniques and methods as well as usual structures and postures while training in the gym or even for home workouts. I intend to teach only willing candidates, who are determined to work with me on themselves. I’ve been an experienced personal trainer for 2 years now and have helped more than 50 people in 2 years.
