I am an ardent lover of sport. I started competing internationally as a teenager and continue to this day.
I began teaching swimming to my aunt (60+ and a long-term weak swimmer) she saw such improvement that she insisted I begin to offer my services to others.

I teach swimming 121 in the pool with the student.
I use Vygostky’s zone of proximal learning. I have a hands on approach to learning and join the learner in the activity, and together we make it happen!
I incorporate positive feedback, fun and challenge to create a relaxed atmosphere where progress happens!
Lessons typically last for 40 minutes in the water, although this is shorter when in open water.
I am able to teach people of all ages, and have 5 years experience teaching students with autism.
