About Alisha
I am a certified teacher with an advanced professional certification in early childhood and elementary education. I have taught in an inclusive classroom environment for 13 years with students from low-income backgrounds. I have tutored students virtually for 7 years in core academic areas. My students have had varying levels of academic or personal needs (medical health needs, developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, behavioral health issues, socio-economic struggles) that needed to be considered while planning goal-oriented lessons for their academic growth!
