About Evie Leigh
I'm Evie-Leigh Savage and I am a disabled professional dancer. Four years of managing training alongside autoimmune disease taught me how to strengthen and support my body. I want people to understand more about what their body tells them and how to train it than Instagram tells us, and how your weaknesses can actually be the biggest catalyst for yourself. Everyone deserves to feel the best they can in their body, and my main goal is to get you there safely - no shortcuts or cheats, just real and science-backed training.
