My history lessons are a combination of what the student wants to learn and the curriculum standards from New York. I teach by lecture, slide deck, and activities with real world relation to them.
History is my degree, but being well versed in Sociology through my minor, Economics through my degree, and adult education through my years in corporate America means that I am well versed in a variety of educational needs.
Additionally, for those who wish to take music, I spent 20 years in band playing trumpet, clarinet and percussion and will gladly teach beginner levels on these instruments.
Finally, for those looking to learn the basics of drivers ed, I have an amazing understanding of the laws and have a clean driving record. I’d be happy to instruct in this field as well.
