About Zoe
I graduated from the University of Louisville in the Spring of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. While there, I worked as a tutor for algebra courses, and I managed both one-on-one and group sessions. I understand that not everyone loves math, and that is okay! I want to help you pass your classes so you can accomplish your bigger goals.

Teaching method and techniques:
- Reframe math problems to be more comprehensible
- Follow an "I do it, we do it, you do it' teaching approach where I solve a problem to show you how it's done, then we complete one together to enhance your confidence in the material, and then you complete one and I check your work for understanding
Typical lesson plan:
- After discussing what parts of your math course and homework seem difficult, we work together to find a plan that works best for you: homework help, practice problems, reteaching from a different perspective, anything you'd like!
What sets me apart as a tutor:
- It's okay to not love math! I will work with you to get you to pass your classes and understand the material. This is a judgement free zone, and I understand that asking for help can be hard.
